In `todo`, `running`, `reviewing`, `settling`, or `waiting_for_review`, those fields change only while the subtask is `todo`; positions stay in the todo tail and cannot cross a started or finished subtask. `deliverables` replaces the whole list, in the form that subtask create takes. It changes in `backlog`, or in those group statuses while the subtask is `todo` (`tasks.deliverables_locked`); outside `backlog` the list cannot become empty (`tasks.subtask_deliverables_missing`). Completed and cancelled groups are read-only. Served by the Node that holds the group's Instance, or by the Gateway for a group without one.
