Open a live Process log stream
Opens a live log stream of the Process’s journal or container output for one Reverb socket, with the access rule of process:logs. The response signs the socket’s subscription to private-log-stream.{id}; the Gateway then relays redacted lines from the Node agent there as log.lines events. Returns logs.live_unavailable with details.reason when the live path is not available, and logs.stream_limit when the Node already has 16 open streams.
